File a Claim
To file a claim, email ssrvaultsupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A single, uncut unboxing video showing: the sealed mailer from all sides, the tracking label, the SSR seal, you cutting it open, and every item removed
The video must be one continuous take — no cuts, no edits, no pausing the recording. Claims without a video are not eligible.
